After a successful summer session featuring 3 art classes, Pterodactyl Philadelphia is expanding its course offerings to 11 classes for the fall session. This session begins on September 14th, and classes range in length from 4 to 8 weeks. Classes will be on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 and 6:30 PM. About Pterodactyl
Pterodactyl’s mission is to revive the enjoyment and practice of creating art for personal fulfillment, to create exhibitions and experiences that resonate meaningfully with diverse audiences, and to bring people together through the arts. To accomplish this purpose, we host performances and screenings, classes, lectures, workshops and gallery talks. We present rotating bi-monthly exhibitions curated by Pterodactyl staff and guest curators. In addition, we gather together an on-site community of artists through our artist studio spaces.
