One of Side Art’s goals is to provide more unique content then any other online arts service. You, our users, contribute show listings, calls for artists, and news about your successes to our community blog.

Guest Bloggers Wanted:
We are currently looking for guest writers to contribute a weekly article to the blog for up to four weeks. Each post will be added to the blog on Tuesdays. We are looking for concise, engaging content rather than long editorials; an average post should be between 400 and 1000 words and images are encouraged.

What we want:
The articles should focus on your experience in the Philadelphia art community, success stories, how-to art tips, interviews, do’s and dont’s, and things you have learned as an artist or business owner along the way.

What we do not want:
Press releases. Business advertisements. Content that has been posted elsewhere. Negative criticism of any kind.

Secrets and Tips:
URL: Did you know that your artist or business profile has a unique URL? That means that your profile has its own web address that you can link to directly. When you are looking at your profile, just copy the entire address in the address bar starting with the http://www… and paste the address into your Facebook Fan page Info, on you Twitter feed, and/ or your email signature. It’s another great way to help promote your artwork.
